Questions businesses ask
Is it really free?
Yes. CityBusinessFinder has no paid plans, no ads and no sponsored listings. Claiming, updating and replying to reviews costs nothing.
Can I pay to rank higher?
No. Rankings come only from ratings weighted by the number of reviews, the same formula for everyone. Claiming doesn’t change your position either.
Can I remove a bad review?
Businesses can’t remove reviews. You can reply publicly, and you can report a review that breaks our content guidelines.
My business isn’t listed. What now?
Add it using the free form. We check the details and publish it, usually within a few days.
How long does verification take?
Usually up to 2 working days. We confirm by calling the listed number or emailing an address on your business domain.
